Encircle, Guide, Inspire Initiative

Encircle, Guide, Inspire (EGI) is Mazenod College’s Early Career Teaching Program. Aimed to supplement CEWA’s program, EGI aims is to increase teacher retention, provide individual professional and career growth, improve the post-secondary outcomes of students, support the wellbeing of teachers and for Mazenod to become an employer of choice. The initiative sees ECTs navigate teaching with the support of professional learning, classroom observations, instructional and growth coaching and goal setting. The project demonstrates a commitment to CEWA’s Vision for Learning and QCE framework, as it aims at supporting staff by providing them with opportunities to witness their faith and engage with formation, professional learning, and development.
