Leadership Lunch

Each Wednesday, student representatives from one year level are invited to lunch with the leadership team. Leadership lunch is a structure event that allows the Principal and Assistant Principal to engage with the students, listen to what they have to say, mentor on points raised and share information. We sit together to eat and discuss what is going well at Orana, what we could do better and any concerns the students have. We take the opportunity to hear the students’ perspectives on current school initiatives. The student voice is valued and patterns are analysed, informing future direction and action.
