‘Leadership Together’ – Every student has a voice at St Andrews.

Inspired by the St Andrew’s Year 6 Ministry students, who equally and collaboratively share a leadership voice, it was decided that all students within our school should have the same opportunity. This decision led to the enhancement of Student Voice at all year levels. All year groups participate in formal meetings facilitated by the Year 6 Ministries, to share their ideas, thoughts, and feelings, for the betterment of St Andrew’s CPS. This has created positive changes that continue to improve well-being, inclusivity, and engagement for students, teachers, and the whole school community.
