'Problem Solve It' is a local, 4-day, intensive PBL learning immersion, which in 2021, involved 15 students. These students connected virtually with Singapore Republic Polytechnic, joining other international students in their PBL classes, before working with UWA and RAC on solutions to more local problems. This immersion aimed to develop 21st century skills in critical thinking and real-world problem solving, develop students as global citizens, and foster their appreciation and excitement for global learning environments. These students are now leaders, mentors and ambassadors, supporting students, staff, and the wider community in understanding the methodology and benefits of PBL.
