RE Across Learning Areas (REAL)

Religious Education Across Learning (REAL) is a project to intentionally encourage Catholic Curriculum and Catholic worldview at PCC. The College’s Vision for Learning “Growth through Challenge” calls students to grow to their full potential within our Catholic identity. The project emphasises Catholic Social Teaching across learning areas. It aims to clarify Catholic teaching in topics such as creation and evolution, morality and ethics and moral conscience where contemporary views undermine the place of a Catholic worldview. Staff formation is part of the project. Reflective journaling across learning areas encourages students in their spiritual growth, particularly in the fruits of the Spirit.
