St Joseph’s Student Voice

Student voice is a driver of all decisions at St Joseph's Waroona, from choosing what the bell song is, and what food is available in the canteen to influencing our positive behaviour framework and learning. Class representatives as well as Year 6 leaders are elected each semester by their peers and meet regularly with the leadership team to express the voice of the students regarding ideas, needs and wants for the school. This initiative has built leadership and communication skills as well as encouraged students to take an active role in what they want their school to be.
