The Wellbeing Weeks Program involved reconstructing the College timetable to allow 35 minutes each morning for students to be involved in wellbeing and mindfulness activities. It provided students and staff the opportunity to engage with each other and the local community to bring awareness around the importance of looking after our mental health and overall wellbeing (emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually). The program is the College’s commitment to CEWA’s Student Safety, Wellbeing and Behaviour Executive Directive, by promoting the “safety and wellbeing where students feel safe and can flourish in their learning and development” (CEWA Community ED, 2021).
