All students from St Thomas More Catholic Primary School in Margaret River participated in many different activities and sessions focused on their spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing as part of Tommy More Wellness Week. The students were fortunate to have many guest speakers from the Margaret River community share information and strategies with them that will assist in them leading healthy lives. Charlie O’Beirne from Swimming Women spoke about how our bodies are like a racing car and what we need to do to look after it; Deb Shipton taught us how to breathe and move through some yoga poses; Dr Lydia Altini spoke about the rainbow of foods and how the different colours can help our bodies, and Laurissa Knowles and Mandy Lane guided the students through meditation.
