Made for More in 2024. Recognising and harnessing our staff talents through Our Leadership Network

This year staff at Francis Jordan Catholic School worked as a team utilising staff talents and passions to address their School Improvement Plan with ‘Our Leadership Network’. Through ‘Our Leadership Network’, staff have joined a working group in one of the areas of Quality Catholic Education to address the goals outlined in their School Improvement Plan. They have met regularly each term and have had real opportunities to lead in an area of interest to them as well as contribute to the direction of the school in the areas of Catholic Identity, Community, Stewardship and Education.
