Co-Responsibility: A shared capital solution for sustainable Catholic Education.

With the support of CEWA's 162 schools and co-responsibility capital support, St Joseph's has completed a major reroofing of its Years 2 to 6 classroom along with classroom refurbishments, electrical upgrades, and the safe removal of asbestos-containing materials from the verandas. This new roof and the associated upgrades highlight Catholic Education’s commitment to Waroona and its country schools. Unlike other Australian states, capital works within independent and Catholic schools in Western Australia are not funded by the WA government. Therefore, support from Catholic Education was essential for the long-term success of St Joseph’s Waroona.
