Panthers Sports Academy – Irene McCormcack Catholic College

The Irene McCormack Catholic College Sports Academy, established in 2012 and re-invigorated in 2022, integrates athletic excellence with holistic education for Years 7-10. Specialising in Soccer, Football, and Basketball, the Academy, known as the Panthers, offers structured training, expert coaching, and community engagement opportunities. By providing tailored skill development, goal setting, and academic support, the program enhances students' athletic skills, mental wellbeing, and academic performance. It attracts students from beyond the College’s usual catchment, broadening enrolments.
