Future Ready Skills Program

‘Futures’, as the Industry Pathway students call it on their timetable, consists of seven applied-learning modules anchored by the Kolbe Capabilities for Life. Senior students undertaking a VET Delivered to Secondary Students (VETDSS) course complete the dynamic and innovative Future Ready Skills program at Kolbe Catholic College. At its core, the Futures program is designed to empower young people to discover their potential and confidently pursue their passions. By integrating hands-on learning with personalised mentorship, community engagement, and independent study time, the program equips students with essential life skills and professional readiness to excel in their chosen careers.
