St Lawrence’s Staff Information SharePoint

The St Lawrence’s Staff Information Hub was developed to establish a single, accessible source of truth for staff information, policies, procedures, resources and communications. Built using Microsoft SharePoint within the existing CEWA technology environment, the platform has transformed how staff access critical information while strengthening governance, compliance and organisational efficiency. Through intuitive navigation, mobile accessibility and centralised documentation, staff can independently access current and reliable information whenever required. By leveraging existing technology and internal expertise, the initiative has delivered significant operational improvements at no additional cost, demonstrating responsible stewardship of resources and supporting collaboration across the school community.
