Year 11 and 12 Centre St Mary Star of the Sea College – Carnarvon

This initiative established a purposeful senior learning environment for Year 11 and 12 students, affirming the dignity of each young person and supporting their growth as learners within a faith-centred community. The centre promotes belonging, wellbeing and hope through spaces for study, collaboration, ViSN participation and reflection. Staffed by a Teacher Coordinator and Education Assistant Mentor, it provides consistent guidance, pastoral care and pathway support. Committed to the holistic development of every student, the centre fosters independence, responsibility and achievement. Growth from 12 students in 2020 to more than 30 today demonstrates its positive impact and value.
