Wandering Wonderings: Beach and Bush School

Beach and Bush School brings learning to life for Year 3 and 4 students through authentic, place-based inquiry. Immersed in local bushland and coastal environments, students observe, question, research and use digital technologies to investigate real-world challenges. Inspired by the Catholic faith and Laudato Si’, students recognise their call to be stewards of creation and active citizens within their broader community. Through partnerships with families, community groups and the City of Stirling, students become researchers, innovators and advocates, using their learning and voice to develop solutions, inspire action and help local natural spaces flourish for generations to come.
