Mercy College has transformed its approach to early childhood quality assurance with the development of the NQS App—a digital tool designed to streamline evaluation of the National Quality Standard. Integrated with SharePoint, the app allows educators to input evidence and reflections throughout the year, creating a continuous cycle of improvement. It automatically collates data, promotes collaboration, and supports meaningful engagement with quality areas. This innovation has significantly reduced administrative burden, enhanced staff participation, and strengthened the College’s commitment to excellence in early learning.
