Aquinas myFUTURE

Aquinas myFUTURE is a liberating curriculum framework for all Year 11 and 12 students driven by self-determination theory which drives student agency. This program is supported by their blended learning structure. Students attend classes Monday – Thursday, and are taught, asynchronously, by their classroom teacher on Friday with online learning. This allows the seniors to complete internships, attend university or TAFE as they escape some of the limitations of a traditional school model. Aquinas myFUTURE is innovative in its use of curriculum time, technology, and staffing, requiring a welcome shift in educational mindset and partnerships with universities and many external agencies.
