Irene McCormack Catholic College BUTLER
This project from Irene McCormack Catholic College reignited the Josephite charism across staff, students, and the wider Catholic community. Beginning with the Leading with a Josephite Charism Conference, Catholic leaders from Perth schools gathered for spiritual formation and collaboration. At IMCC, staff reconnected with the College’s story through a dynamic PD day filled with symbol, ritual, and practical engagement. Finally, the Josephite Schools Student Network Day united Year 5–8 students in formation, intercultural learning, and shared mission. Through story, prayer, and community, this project deepened Catholic identity, and created spaces where Gospel, charism, and community came alive – faith made visible, together.
