Christian Service Learning Parish Program

Christian Service Learning at St Mary’s College Broome encourages students to live out the Gospel through meaningful acts of service within their parish. Rooted in Catholic tradition, the program integrates service with reflection, learning, and community engagement. Students develop empathy, social responsibility, and a deeper understanding of faith in action. The program is heavily grounded in supporting the Parish through Christian Service Learning initiatives. Through guided reflection, students grow in character and compassion. The program strengthens wellbeing and identity, nurturing a lifelong commitment to service inspired by Jesus’ teachings.
