Creating Change in Children

Our Creating Change in Children program (CCC) is a support network for children who require literacy intervention, creating an added layer of scaffolding for them. It provides them with the necessary 1:1 practice of foundational skills numerous times over the week. Our school community are invited to be involved and volunteers attend during literacy blocks. They are allocated a class from PP-Year 2 for the entire term and work with the same children each session. Activities led by our volunteers target the individual needs of the students and align with our literacy program. The volunteers are offered training beforehand.
