CSIP in Action – Visible Goal Setting and Accountability

St Joseph's School Boulder recognised the need for visibility and transparency of their school strategic goals for staff. They are exhibiting both what they aim to achieve, and the milestones reached along the way, aligned to the four pillars of QCE. The aims of this initiative are to invite staff to engage in meaningful conversations about the direction of their school, and to highlight and celebrate the successes achieved as a school community. To do this they have installed two displays in their staff administration space – ‘CSIP Goals in Action’ and ‘Celebrating our QCE’.
