HPCPS has implemented and embedded a comprehensive wellbeing process across a three-year period, incorporating several initiatives, using the CEWA Strategic Wellbeing Framework together with Wellbeing Science as a foundation. The initiatives utilised have been selected to suit the school context through a needs-based assessment, are substantiated by research and evidence-based. The wellbeing initiatives at HPCPS, supported by a dedicated wellbeing team and comprehensive planning, have successfully built a foundation for staff, students and community. This integrated, multi-tiered and multi-faceted approach ensures that wellbeing is prioritised every day, is visible, improvable and measurable, ultimately fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment.
