Whitford Catholic Primary School CRAIGIE
Whitford Catholic Primary School’s Health and Wellbeing Policy initiative fosters a culture of care by prioritising the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of students, staff, and families. Developed in consultation with CEWA and staff, this comprehensive framework empowers staff to prioritise self-care, strengthen inclusive practices, and build positive, supportive relationships. Through a three-tier approach, it promotes a shared responsibility for wellbeing, integrates local community support services, and reinforces the school’s commitment to pastoral care. This initiative has created a welcoming, inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and supported—ensuring wellbeing is at the heart of school life.
