Faith Place Journey

During Term One, 2023, every student and staff member from Matthew Gibney Catholic Primary School, worked with talented visual artist, Carolyn White, to create a mosaic mural representing aspects of the school’s location and faith heritage. The project, funded by our P&F, was designed in collaboration with our First Nation families. Each of the symbols in the mural speaks to the story of the school, focused around our school cross, representing our fundamental purpose - Christ-centred education. As Bishop Matthew Gibney watches over us, we continue to grow and learn “Under God’s Protection”.
