Family Maths Night – Let’s Have Sum Fun! exemplified Orana Catholic Primary School’s commitment to creating a connected and inclusive community where students, families and staff learn together. Through engaging mathematical experiences, families were invited into classrooms to celebrate student learning, build confidence and strengthen partnerships. 161 students and family members participated in the evening, transforming their understanding of Mathematics. Students proudly showcased their thinking, parents gained insight into classroom practices, and staff strengthened relationships with families. As one parent hoped, “I hope our children find the joy of math”- a hope brought to life through connection, confidence and community.
