Fraynenovators

Fraynenovators is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 grassroots digital innovation initiative developed from Ursula Frayne Catholic College’s Digital Capabilities data. In partnership with CEWA and the Department of Education, staff, leaders, administration teams and students used a digital capability framework to identify strengths, needs and opportunities for growth. From this evidence base, Fraynenovators emerged: a cross-school team of teacher innovators, coaches and action researchers trialling future-focused pedagogy, ethical AI, digital learning, classroom design and student-centred practice. Supported by a bespoke micro-credential, Fraynenovators builds staff leadership, improves learning design and advances CEWA’s vision for engaged, innovative Catholic education.
