High Performing Teams

In early 2022, our newly formed senior leadership team, met with CEWA Leadership Consultant Daniel Groenewald. Our goal was to establish ourselves as a High Performing Team capable of meeting the growing complexities of our system, staff, students, and community. Throughout this journey, we embraced the unique strengths of each team member, forged a leadership charter, and delved into research on high performing teams and effective decision-making. Regular feedback from our staff kept us aligned with our leadership commitments. This process not only benefited St Mary's community but also contributed to the development CEWA's High Performing Teams framework and the professional development of Catholic school leaders.
