Holy Spirit Pedagogical Transformation Project

Holy Spirit School’s Pedagogical Improvement Project was predicated on creating a lived Vision of Learning, which decreased variability across classes and increased learning engagement and student growth. It involved the creation of a consistent vision and philosophy which was co-created and supported by all staff. The journey involved a teaching and learning audit, staff voice regarding first priorities and major redesign of how teaching and learning looks and feels. There has and continues to be a consistent focus on keeping their students at the centre of all they do. They are the school’s ‘campfire’.
