Honouring the student

Mater Dei College continues to lead with purpose by actively listening to and responding to student voice. Through a strong partnership with Skodel and renowned psychologist Andrew Fuller, the College has embedded a whole-school approach to wellbeing that builds student capacity, resilience, and emotional literacy. Student insights gathered through regular check-ins and feedback loops have directly shaped programs, resources, and cultural initiatives. This project exemplifies how student voice can drive meaningful change, creating an environment where every student feels heard, supported, and empowered to thrive both personally and academically.
