Intention to Impact

From intention to impact, the school’s wellbeing journey has strengthened connection, belonging, and shared responsibility across students, staff, and families. Since 2023, the school has embedded a holistic, evidence-based approach through BSEM, URSTRONG, and AWES data, supported by Wellbeing Boost funding and a dedicated team. Whole-staff learning, clear non-negotiables, and strong partnerships have fostered a consistent, inclusive, and relational culture. This has led to measurable improvements in student wellbeing, belonging, and hope, alongside enhanced staff capacity. This approach ensures equitable, sustainable support, building a thriving Catholic community where all are known, valued, and supported to flourish.
