Kind Hearts at Prendiville

Kind Hearts is Prendiville Catholic College’s student-led initiative promoting empathy, inclusion and wellbeing, through activities such as Kindness bingo, Kindness gestures and Kindness messages. College events included Kindness stalls, music and decorating Kindness murals/sensory stones. This has encouraged participation and connection while demonstrating Kindness in Action. Students decorated a Kindness Tree and received gratitude gifts. Staff are supported through Kindness messages, while community outreach includes giving Christmas cards to local residents. The program has strengthened student belonging, reduced isolation and developed leadership skills; while enhancing staff wellbeing and fostering a positive, connected College; underpinned by the core value of Kindness.
