Learning That Listens: Empowering Every Learner To Find Their Success

St Norbert College took the initiative to support lower-ability junior school mathematics students by creating tailored VODCASTS focused on revision topics for upcoming tests. Inspired by the award winning, Eddie Woo, they came up with a solution tailored to students’ needs. Many of the students struggle to retain content taught over several weeks and find it difficult to revise using only class notes. The consolidating VODCASTS provide concise, easy-to-understand explanations that students can revisit at their own pace, helping to enhance both comprehension and confidence. The VODCASTS initiative promotes equity, independence, and reflects the school’s commitment to inclusive, faith-based education.
