St Simon Peter Catholic Primary School and Prendiville Catholic College, whilst close physically, saw an opportunity to build greater links through shared planning and student growth opportunities. Pupil free days were aligned in 2023 to assist parents/guardians and to allow for a shared Accreditation professional development opportunity for both schools.
Student interaction was a focal point with Prendiville Endeavour Centre students and St Simon Peter Catherine Centre students working together each week across both schools, sharing talents, and assisting with learning. This has resulted in a Prendiville Endeavour Centre student completing work placement in the SSP day care with a future employment opportunity.
