Missionary Discipleship at Wheelchairs For Kids

Throughout the year, staff from Whitford Catholic Primary School, St Luke’s, St Anthony’s, and St Francis of Assisi have exemplified missionary discipleship by collaborating with Brother Ollie at Wheelchairs for Kids. This dedicated team convenes at 7:00am to assist in various tasks including loading and unloading sea containers filled with wheelchairs destined for global shipment, and receiving parts to assemble additional chairs. Staff members are actively involved in wrapping and packing wheelchair furnishings, safety belts, and cushions, as well as sorting toys and blankets that accompany the wheelchairs.
