OLA Kindness Kitchen

Our Lady’s Assumption School launched the Kindness Kitchen initiative, led by dedicated Year 3 teachers, to support St Vincent de Paul and the parish community. Families helped by assembling non-perishable meal boxes and writing messages of hope. To enhance the food boxes, the school hosted a Times Tables Rockstars morning, where students dressed as rockstars and donated a gold coin to buy gift cards for perishable ingredients. This ensured families received a complete meal. The initiative offered practical help to those in need while giving students a fun, meaningful way to live out the values of generosity, empathy, and Christian service.
