The “One School, Many Cultures” events at St Dominic’s School provide an opportunity to celebrate the array of cultures that enrich their school community. Evolving from their “Celebrating and Supporting Cultural Diversity” morning teas, parents organise afternoon festival-style events twice a year for families to share and celebrate their culture. These events are an opportunity for families to showcase and share traditional foods, music, dance, conversation and friendship, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation within their community. This initiative has helped to build and strengthen connections as they celebrate the rich diversity that contributes to their inclusive and welcoming school community.
