OSHC nurtures children’s wellbeing while building capacity in young people through job readiness, leadership skills and real pathways into education. Many staff transition between OSHC and school roles, fostering consistency and connection. Former OSHC children now return as educators, inspired by their own positive experiences. From hands-on opportunities, aligned with university studies, to dual-role staff supporting families holistically.
