Pastoral Care Middle Leaders Forum

The Pastoral Care Middle Leaders Forum is a one-day professional learning conference designed to strengthen the capability, confidence and professional networks of pastoral middle leaders across Catholic schools in Western Australia. The Forum provides CEWA staff with opportunities to engage in targeted professional learning through presentations, workshops and discussions led by industry experts and CEWA consultants. It builds a collaborative community of practice where pastoral leaders can share knowledge, explore effective approaches, develop practical strategies and strengthen collegial connections. Through this shared learning, the annual Forum supports leaders to enhance student wellbeing, pastoral care and positive school cultures across CEWA schools.
