Post Secondary Internship Program

The Post Secondary Internship Program provides a supported transition pathway for Seton Catholic College’s Year 12 graduates who may not be ready for further study or full-time employment. Through paid roles that meet operational needs across the College, interns gain workplace experience, mentoring and practical skills while contributing meaningfully to the community. Every applicant participates in a formal recruitment process, including a resume, cover letter and interview, receiving personalised feedback regardless of outcome. Now in its third year, the program has strengthened workforce capacity, enhanced employability, and created an inclusive, sustainable model benefiting students, staff and the wider College community.
