Rising Leaders

The Rising Leaders Program at Kolbe Catholic College is an inclusive, student-led initiative that empowers Year 8 and 9 students to grow in confidence, leadership, and voice. Guided by Year 11 mentors and supported by expert facilitators, students engage in dynamic workshops and real-world challenges—from public speaking to presenting in Principal forums. The program has shaped a new culture of leadership, inspiring students to step forward, speak up, and serve their community. Grounded in Gospel values, it fosters strong relationships, personal growth, and meaningful engagement—nurturing young people to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact.
