Student Voice in Action: Leadership, Belonging, and Flourishing at Holy Rosary

Holy Rosary School has launched a Class Representative Program from Year 1 to Year 6, giving students a meaningful voice in shaping their school experience. Fortnightly meetings with leadership foster connection, confidence, and purpose, guided by positive psychology and the Bishops’ Mandate. Rooted in the principle of subsidiarity, this initiative empowers children to use their God-given strengths to do good, form friendships, and flourish. Every student is valued, known, and heard—building a culture of belonging and leadership where joy and Gospel values are lived daily.
