Sustainability Education Program: Leaving a Lighter Footprint On Our Earth

At MTCC, our Sustainability Education Programme is knowledge-filled, engages students in real-life, hands-on learning moments, and offers action-filled problems to solve which empowers students to care for our Earth. Our weekly inquiry-based lessons enable our students to take responsibility for their actions and contribute to a vision of a sustainable future. Throughout the year, students are given many opportunities to learn and model responsible environmental behaviours and values bringing Laudato Si to life through sustainable practices. "Good education plants seeds when we are young, and these continue to bear fruit throughout life" writes Pope Francis in Laudato Si' (212).
