Where Faith Becomes Action

The Christian Service-Learning Program at Hammond Park Catholic Primary School brings strong Catholic Identity to life by empowering students in Years 4–6 to actively live the Gospel through meaningful service. Grounded in Catholic Social Teaching, Laudato Si’, and the school’s pillars of Faith, Care, Education and Future, students engage in authentic opportunities including prayer leadership, Mini Vinnies, buddy programs, environmental stewardship and family-based service. Through reflection on Seesaw, students connect their commitment to Scripture and genuine discipleship. The initiative has strengthened faith, leadership, compassion and community partnerships, forming students who embody Gospel values.
