Nurturing Christ-Centred Leaders: Year 6 Leadership Formation Day

The Year 6 Leadership Formation Day was a collaborative initiative, designed to help students recognise their God-given gifts and develop as Christ-centred leaders. Through prayer, Gospel reflection and interactive workshops, students explored leadership through the themes of Listening over Imposing, Responding over Reacting, Caring over Consuming and Teamwork over Self. Rotating through the four Ministry Groups of Pastoral Care, Communications, Environmental and Sport, students engaged in discussions, challenges and reflection activities that connected faith to action. The day strengthened Catholic identity, fostered leadership and empowered students to positively influence the school and wider community.
